Evolve are recruiting for a leading medical technology organisation that specialise within diagnostic products that detect and diagnose eye conditions and treat patients across the world. They’re seeking an Engineering Team Leader to provide leadership, supervision and support to the Technical Service Team, to ensure that the Company delivers a high standard of customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This is a full-time position based in Essex.

Excellent Salary: A competitive starting salary of around £40,000 DOE.

  • Strong engineering and technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with people of all levels.
  • Leadership and supervision experience would be desirable.

Role Responsibilities for the Engineering Team Leader

  • Provide leadership, supervision and support to the Technical Service Team.
  • Plan, coordinate and assist in carrying out timely repairs, commissioning, technical support and provision of spare parts.
  • Identify and facilitate training requirements for the Technical Service Team and ensure continuous development of product and technical knowledge.
  • Assist with the upkeep of demonstration and exhibition equipment, carrying out maintenance and repairs when necessary.
