Technical Services Administrator

Technical Services Administrator Full-Time | 6-Month Fixed Term We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Technical Services Administrator to support the smooth operation of access control, ID card services, and technical security systems across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities * Administer access control systems and ID card production * Coordinate with IT, operations, and facilities teams to manage security access for staff, students, and contractors * Support the maintenance and regular testing of alarms and other technical security systems * Assist with locks and keys service, including ordering, distribution, and record-keeping * Handle data securely in line with current legislation and internal policies * Deliver excellent customer service and respond to high volumes of queries efficiently * Work across multiple locations with flexibility and professionalism About You * Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High level of organisation and attention to detail * Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards * Experience with access control systems is desirable This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical and service-focused environment.
