We are seeking to recruit Care Practitioners as our client seeks to open the doors to their first care home and we are working closely with them to recruit: Care Practitioners (days), Care Practitioners (nights) with Part Time and Full Time Posts available.
We are seeking:
- People with a genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on making a positive impact on their lives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people and colleagues.
- Resilience, patience and a Can Do attitude, especially when faced with behaviours that can be challenging.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including working towards level 3 / 4 residential childcare qualifications.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A caring attitude, a good patient approach, a willingness to learn, a fun person with a good sense of humour and strong values.
