Baker Recruitment Group is pleased to be working alongside our client based in LS12. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join this busy operation.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and be able to carry out tasks involving heavy lifting and carrying goods.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern: Days: 06.15am - 2.15pm, Afternoons: 2.15pm - 10.15pm. Must be able to rotate over both shifts.
Pay Rate & Overtime: Starting from £12.30 per hour. Overtime is also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a busy industrial production environment, you will be involved in producing high-quality finished products.
- As our client is extremely customer-focused, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent quality standards in your work.
- Good communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and flexibility are essential.
- You must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic, and eager to learn, develop, and progress.
