CK Group are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: Up to £220 per day PAYE or £293 per day Umbrella (inside IR35).
Project Manager Role:
- Pre-tender activities.
- Coordinating the implementation of projects from tender award to project completion, including:
- floor plan sign off;
- production of Gantt chart;
- project phasing with timelines;
- product ordering GDC.
- monitoring construction progress;
- coordinating with stakeholders (facilities, architects, mechanical and structural engineers etc.);
- solving and coordinating construction issues and managing installation activities according to a schedule established mutually with the customer.
Your Background:
- Experience in writing high quality Client Proposals and Statement of Work documents including commercial elements.
- Proven track record of managing in a matrix and prioritising under pressure.
- Experience in managing customer relationships.
- Proven track record of effective and efficient stakeholder management and seamless coordination of projects.
- Track record of project management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management.
- Strong presales and commercial acumen.
- Ideally project management of instrumentation (laboratory) into labs/NHS.

Location: This role is home-based but with ad-hoc meetings at head office, and clients site visits in West Midlands and Wales.
