Job Title: Manufacturing Administrator Location: Rochdale Rate of Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm Contract Type: Ongoing, Permanent Overview: On behalf of our client based in Rochdale, we are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the potential for long-term employment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with suppliers and customers Manage and update Excel spreadsheets Procure materials required for production Oversee stock replenishment and perform light warehouse duties when necessary Match and process invoices using the company’s in-house systems Support the Production Manager with administrative tasks (e.g., booking vehicle MOTs, scheduling machine servicing) Maintain weekly administrative reports and spreadsheets Perform additional administrative duties as requested by the Office Manager Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Highly organised with excellent communication skills Immediate availability preferred A current and up-to-date CV How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to apply online or send their CV directly to (url removed).
