We are seeking an experienced and driven Paint Shop Manager to lead and manage all operations within a busy paint department. You'll be responsible for scheduling workflow, maintaining high quality standards, ensuring health & safety compliance, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and workflow within the paint department.
- Manage and monitor team performance, drive KPI achievement.
- Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety.
