Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Sales Assistant to join their team.

Permanent position: Monday to Friday, 0900 till 1700, £26000 per year.

Duties:

  • Process chemical orders via phone and email
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update data entry
  • Process sales orders
  • Produce marketing material for customers
  • Support field sales team
  • Order marketing material
  • Liaise with marketing global team
  • Site visits to produce material for social media
  • Create marketing campaigns to bring in new leads for the businesses via computer system

Requirements:

  • Must be sufficient in all Microsoft packages
  • Previous admin experience
  • Language Spanish would be an advantage
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate
  • Driving License
