The Apprenticeships and Early Careers Partner will play a critical role in the design, delivery, and management of apprenticeships and early careers programmes. This includes apprenticeships, internships, work experience placements, and graduate schemes. The postholder will ensure that these programmes are aligned to workforce strategies, promote diversity and inclusion, and provide robust support to participants to enable them to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of early careers and apprenticeship programmes.
- Design timelines and implement new cohorts for apprenticeships and early careers positions.
- Support and manage graduates within the graduate programme.
- Lead the planning, procurement, and implementation of apprenticeship and early career pathways.
- Work collaboratively with the Resourcing Team to promote the employer brand and attract top early careers talent.
- Co-ordinate onboarding and induction processes for new programme participants.
- Maintain and grow relationships with external partners including schools, colleges, and universities.
