Are you an organised, proactive individual with a knack for technical support and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Service & Support Administrator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting our business systems and processes.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day service and support across the business—triaging defects, managing access and change requests, and assisting with internal audits. It’s a hands-on position that requires excellent communication skills, a methodical mindset, and a collaborative approach.
What You’ll Be Doing- Triaging and managing business support queries, escalating when needed to meet service levels
- Administering user access to key business systems, including onboarding, leavers, and access modifications
- Supporting internal audit activities relevant to the Administration Systems Team
- Helping organise and prioritise defects and change requests for ongoing system improvements
- A professional and positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning and change
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office—especially Excel
- Experience delivering technical support and user assistance for software applications
- Familiarity with service management tools for ticket tracking and resolution
- Previous exposure to pensions administration systems
- Software support experience
