senior Project Manager - RC Frame / Residential - Birmingham

I’m looking for a reinforced concrete subcontracting Project Manager for a podium slab and sub/superstructures package on a new build residential development in Birmingham city centre.My client is a long-established contractor in their sector with a reputation for delivery and a high quality product.This project is due to start imminently and I would like to speak to candidates with a successful track record in the delivery of similar schemes. This is a £20m + package so you'll need to have delivered packages of this size.The rate will be at least £400-450 with room for negotiation and the contract will be long-term and you’ll be joining a thriving contractor with a solid reputation.A relevant degree is a bonus but not essential- the key is relevant experience of reinforced concrete structures.
