What you’ll do:

  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in everything you do
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to help each individual reach their full potential

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness to undertake personal care and learn new healthcare tasks
  • Comfortable using (or learning) basic IT systems for record keeping

Due to the rural location, a driving licence and access to a car is essential unless you live very nearby.

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
