Recruitment Compliance Administrator Office based – Rainham Hours – Negotiable Salary – Competitive Prism 7 Resourcing are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join us internally to assist the payroll and compliance team as well as support the wider recruitment team. This is an ongoing temporary role to cover maternity. However, there could be an opportunity for this to become a permanent position, based on the requirements of the business. Experience within a recruitment setting is preferred with at least 1 year experience in compliance or similar. Key Responsibilities: * Processing weekly timesheets on Time Sheet Portal * Weekly payroll and invoice crosschecks * Managing new starters, leavers, and payroll amendments * Responding to client/candidate queries * Client credit control * Assisting the recruitment team when required i.e. candidate search, posting urgent job advertisements, CRM support and general admin duties
