We are delighted to be working with one of the countries busiest affordable housing providers, to source a Damp & Mould Surveyor on a temporary contract basis. As the Damp & Mould Surveyor you will be undertaking surveys across the UK.

Damp & Mould Surveyor duties:

  • Undertake intrusive full property damp and mould assessments in customer's homes.

To be successful as the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you need:

  • Previous experience identifying and dealing with Damp & Mould.
  • Experienced Surveyor with Social Housing or Local Authority experience.
  • HNC or HND.
