The Role

As a Lighting Technician, you will be a key part of our project delivery team, working across a diverse range of live events. This role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and operate bespoke lighting systems on-site to the highest standards
  • Programme and operate lighting consoles (GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys preferred)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Liaise with clients and venues to ensure seamless project execution
  • Supervise subcontractors and uphold company standards
  • Support project planning, equipment preparation, and maintenance
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

  • Strong background in performance lighting for live music and events
  • Proficiency with at least one major lighting console platform
  • Solid understanding of rigging, power/data distribution, and general production techniques
  • Basic electrical theory knowledge and fault-finding skills
  • Bonus: Experience in audio or video production
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with initiative and a client-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence highly desirable
