We're now on the lookout for a brilliant Deputy Manager who's ready to bring energy, leadership, and a love of hospitality to our pub family.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
- Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team, bringing out their best
- Drive exceptional customer experiences every guest, every time
- Manage stock, rotas, and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Take charge when the GM is away - you're their right hand
- Help deliver events, promotions, and ideas that bring our pub to life
- Champion health & safety, compliance, and company standards
Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality
- Natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about great service, great food & drink, and local community vibes
- Calm under pressure, with great communication and organisational skills
