Specialising in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Rail works with a portfolio of clients across London, Essex and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Junior to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes. This is an entry level opportunity, best suited for a school leaver as no experience is needed and training will be offered.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as electronic filing and data entry
- Manage email correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in scheduling works (training will be offered)
- Maintaining and checking electronic records, such as Job Reports
- Booking travel/accommodation
Skills:
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
You would preferably need your own transport due to the location of the office, public transport is available in this location but can be limited. On site parking is available.
