Wholesale Operations Assistant - BEAUTY

The successful person will support the operational and administrative duties required across the Operations and Supply Chain team, helping to keep inbound and outbound orders on track

Duties will include( but are not limited to):

\\n\\n

Operations/Sales Order Processing
\\nProcessing PR and office orders for samples, new launches etc
\\nSupport with additional shipping and customs documentation where needed
\\nProcessing stock transfers between warehouse locations as required
\\nRaise purchase orders in SAP as directed by the Supply Chain team and send to the relevant suppliers to be processed
\\nUpdate PO tracker with new orders, ensuring dates and delivery times are accurate
\\nBooking inbound stock into warehouses
\\nEnsure stock discrepancies are fixed daily and report any issues to management
\\nCompile daily and weekly sales reports for senior management and sales teams
