We're working with a growing retail brand based in Colchester looking to hire a dedicated PPC Specialist to take ownership of their paid advertising channels and help accelerate their digital growth. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure delivery against ROAS targets
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve results
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the content/design teams to optimise landing pages
- Produce regular reports and performance insights for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams to align on strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a PPC role, ideally within retail or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Demonstrable experience managing paid search budgets and driving ROI
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset
