About the Role: As a Collections Driver, you will:
- Handle collections meticulously, ensuring accurate parcel scanning and segregation - timely pickups and adherence to safety protocols are paramount.
- Excel in customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and offering support in mail preparation.
- Maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
- Keep your vehicle in top shape, both in cleanliness and compliance with company policy, and report any issues promptly.
