Pastry Chef de Partie

Pastry chef de partie is required in the Belgravia area of London, in walking distance of Victoria station. This is a fresh food kitchen, serving fantastic dishes including amazing pastry dishes as well. £17-18 per hour, around 45hrs a week.

The role involves looking for a pastry chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to do a range of European pastry dishes. You will be able to run the pastry section during your shift, creating pastry dishes and plating in service. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie duties.

Experience we are looking for includes a pastry background with knowledge of European & British pastry. You will have good organisation skills.
