We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our engineering teams. In this role, you will oversee project development, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will be instrumental in driving engineering best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies and continuous integration.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, identifying opportunities for professional growth.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical background with experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
