We’re looking for a commercially-minded Head of Product Marketing to own positioning, build value-led messaging, and elevate go-to-market execution for a global SaaS business entering a bold new phase. This is not a corporate ivory tower role. This is for someone who gets stuck in, someone who can shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to deliver it. You’ll be joining a business backed by one of the world’s top private equity firms, now operating independently, with ambitious plans to double revenue and redefine its market position.
The product is strong. The foundations are set. But the message needs to change, from feature-led to customer value–driven. That’s where you come in. You’ll be the right hand to a newly appointed CMO, with a mandate to reposition the brand and help transform a legacy B2B software business into a high-performing, SaaS-first growth engine.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting bold, differentiated messaging that shifts market perception and resonates with enterprise buyers across regulated industries.
- Leading product marketing with a sharp commercial lens: contributing to pipeline, cross-sell, upsell and renewal strategies.
- Partnering with Sales and Product to build enablement that actually gets used, and wins deals.
- Collaborating with analysts and market influencers to ensure we’re seen (and heard) as a category leader.
- Building and leading a small team, while remaining hands-on where it counts: frameworks, decks, messaging, launches, competitive intel.
- Helping bridge Product, Marketing and Sales, driving cohesion, clarity and momentum in a complex go-to-market landscape.
What we’re looking for:
- A strategic product marketer who’s scaled SaaS businesses through clear messaging and sharp GTM execution.
- Someone who’s owned and built a function, ideally in a business turning over $100M+ with a growth or transformation story.
- A storyteller who can translate technical features into business value, and knows how to back it up with commercial impact.
- Experience in regulated or complex B2B industries (think finance, healthcare, government, energy).
- Not afraid to write the content yourself, dig into market insight, or challenge the roadmap.
- Experience aligning internal functions through change, especially during PE-backed transformations or market repositioning.
Why now? Why this role?
This company is at a rare inflection point: great product, strong leadership, fresh investment, and a mandate for modernisation. You’ll be part of a complete rebrand, a go-to-market evolution, and a transformation of how the company speaks to, and wins with its customers. Here, your work won’t get lost in process. You’ll see the direct impact of your thinking and execution, from boardroom messaging to closed-won deals. The CMO is building a modern, collaborative marketing function where the right ideas get backed, and the right people get promoted.
