Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

We’re looking for a savvy marketer with proven content expertise. You will own content execution and strategy for UKI working with our marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality relevant content for our current and future customers. You will develop creative, out-of-the-box content optimised for SEO that drives leads without months of lag time. This could be downloadable templates, case studies, blogs, one pagers, embeddable quizzes… we want to work with you on all creative ideas you can come up with!

This position reports into the EMEA Demand Gen Director based in London and can be a remote (UK-only) or Hybrid role (office in London).

What you will do:

  • Write and publish down-funnel SEO content which may include downloadable content, blogs, guides, quizzes, copy for sales, webinars and more.
  • Evolve your content based on performance, persona insights and new Rippling products.
  • Come up with creative ideas to drive qualified traffic and leads to the UKI website.
  • Help build sales collateral, localise existing content and assist on event execution.

What you will need:

  • At least 4 years in Content Marketing for UKI audiences in-house in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with SEO and CMS tools.
  • Strong writing skills - you can craft a crystal-clear and engaging story.
  • Research skills with the ability to collaborate with sales, listen to customer stories and adapt into creative content that drives quality traffic and leads.
