We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support the mobilisation of one of ISS’s largest contracts. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on shaping the employee experience during a critical transition period. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to lead mobilisation, change, and people-focused projects — ensuring compliance and a positive, values-driven approach throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on people management and policy implementation
