What will you do
- Set up, organise and maintain contract management system
- Assist with GDPR data subject rights
- Support the review, introduction and update of company policies and legal agreement templates

Why this job
Legal and Compliance is a newly established department within Kia UK – this is an excellent opportunity for you to support its integration into the wider company. As a business partner, you’ll work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with our European HQ and many dealers, suppliers and customers. We support KUK in the compliance of regulatory requirements and internal policies, and provide a legal framework and advice to KUK colleagues working on business projects.
Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
There is step-free access throughout the building, but please let us know if you require any additional accessibility support and we will cater to your needs as best we can.
