We are seeking an exceptional floor manager to help lead the team at our new opening in Leicester Square.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation and impeccable hospitality & we are looking for an expert floor manager who can ensure that our restaurant is a safe, fun and exciting place to work, whilst being efficiently run, profitable and a magnet for returning guests looking for the best dining experience.

You will take responsibility for your team on shift to ensure service standards are all met to the highest of standards and you should be passionate about training your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide an unforgettable experience to our guests.
You should be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge of our products through genuine recommendations by ensuring our food and drink presentation is always on point.
You must be able to deal with guest queries and complaints quickly and professionally and always willing to learn new skills and explore opportunities to grow within the company.
Finally, you will support the management team to deliver set goals, and we are expanding so its a great chance to develop your career.
Experience and Skills:
- At least two years of floor manager experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- A team player with strong leadership skills with a passion for learning & development.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with staff and reporting to the management team.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
