We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award winning brokers in Horwich, Bolton. You will be working in their dynamic Mortgage Case Management team, processing cases to completions. You will enjoy a starting salary of £23,000 rising to £25,000 with an average £400-£500 in bonus per month. Our client is a leading financial services company, renowned for their integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer satisfaction. They specialise in First Charge Mortgages, Second Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance, and Bridging Loans. As a Mortgage Administrator you’ll: Managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion. Reviewing new cases and accurately underwrite them according to lender criteria. Handling all necessary administrative tasks. Communicating with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process. Requesting required information from third parties such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors. Package and Benefits: The Mortgage Administrator will enjoy: Annual salary of £23,000, rising to £25,000 after probation.
