Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers and more.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insights.
  • Work with creative teams, internal and external, to ideate and create top performing ads.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industry.
  • You LOVE hands-on work - this is an active role.
  • Campaign management experience in self-served platforms.
  • Significant budget management and experience working with top channels: Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
  • Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance data.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Positive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
