Are you a driven and commercially focused sales professional with experience in managing national retail accounts? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the reach of well-loved beer brands in the UK Off-Trade market.
About the Role
As National Account Manager - Convenience & Wholesale, you'll be responsible for managing key customers across the Convenience and Wholesale channels. Your mission will be to deliver sustainable growth through joint business plans, innovative strategies, and strong commercial partnerships. This is a field-based role reporting to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national Convenience and Wholesale accounts.
- Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with commercial goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Negotiate joint business plans that drive volume and profit growth.
- Lead initiatives to increase consumer reach within your customer base.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and support supply chain planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Category, and Finance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in national account management with the Wholesale and convenience channel.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly numerate, analytical, and confident using category data to support decisions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and travelling across the UK.
- Industry experience in FMCG or beverages is preferred.
