FLEET ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: Starting Salary of £26,400 and then goes up to £27,250

Hours: 37 hours a week – Monday to Friday (hours will be either 07:00am – 15:00pm or 09:00am – 17:00pm)

My client, a friendly and ambitious company, is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team in Cheltenham.

About the Role:

This role is key in supporting front line service delivery ensuring vehicles are maintained in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for fleet administration duties including communication with both external and internal customers, liaising with workshop staff, facilitating orders, and managing supply chain interactions. You will need a degree of flexibility and commitment to the role, providing the highest standard of services whilst ensuring timely and accurate filing of records while working with their Fleet Management System.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with the requirements of Fleet compliance or similar experience.
  2. Organised and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  3. Excellent all-round administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with some experience of using bespoke computer systems.
  4. Clear and effective communication skills.
  5. Flexible approach to working times.
  6. Recognised qualifications in Maths and English.
