This role is fully remote (UK-based) with bi-annual team meet-ups and reports directly to our co-founders.
What You’ll Do- Support clients from first inquiry to completion using our tech-driven approach.
- Provide clear, professional mortgage advice tailored to clients' needs.
- Work closely with our case management team, ensuring a smooth handover of client cases and a 5-star experience.
- Stay current with market trends, lender options, and regulatory developments (maintaining CPD records).
- Use the Meet Margo app to manage client cases efficiently and provide feedback to improve its functionality.
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver the best possible client outcome.
- Ensure all advice is fully compliant with financial regulations and best practices.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser within the UK.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

- Comfortable using technology for remote communication and client management.
- Self-employed role with a 70/30 commission split.
