We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our facilities operations, ensuring seamless support to our production activities. This role encompasses managing various departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facilities, transport, and lifting operations to support production needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO standards (14001, 45001, 50001).
- Collaborate with insurers to manage claims and maintain confidence in employer liability.
- Forecast staffing requirements and manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and support large-scale projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–10 years in a senior facilities management role, preferably within construction or manufacturing sectors.
