Key duties include:
- Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
- Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
- Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

- Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
- Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians
