£36,500 per annum. Uncapped bonus scheme, including Overtime & Call-out rates. Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 12.00.

Key duties include:
- Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance.
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards.
- Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability.
- Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately.

- Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair.
- Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians.
- Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time.
- Possess a full, current driving licence.
