This is your chance to take on a pivotal role to be the first member in a team of Microsoft and Power Platform experts, focused on designing and delivering intelligent, Copilot + AI powered solutions across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone passionate about automation, AI integration, and user-centric experience someone who understands how to shape Copilot Studio and Power Platform to deliver measurable value inside complex, regulated environments like financial services.
Whether you’re already hands-on with Copilot Studio or looking to build deeper specialisation in low-code AI orchestration, this role gives you the opportunity to lead from the front in a business that genuinely values innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver scalable Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions that automate internal workflows, support regulatory compliance, and enhance customer experience.
- Conversational Design: Define AI assistant behaviours, natural language flows, and integration points using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
- Integration & Orchestration: Work with teams to connect Copilots with core business systems (via Dataverse, Azure, APIs, or third-party apps).
- Governance & Security: Ensure responsible AI use and regulatory alignment across financial workflows.
- Documentation & Design: Create clear solution designs, functional specs, and architectural artefacts (HLDs, LLDs, SoWs).
- Enablement & Best Practice: Champion reusability and maintainability across Copilot implementations, helping the business scale smartly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience designing or implementing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Platform from greenfield, through to POC through to delivery.
- A solid understanding of enterprise data integration using Dataverse, Azure, and custom connectors/APIs.
- Ability to map conversational flows, design AI behaviours, and guide user experience across digital assistants.
- Familiarity with security and compliance practices within regulated industries (especially FS/Insurance).
- Excellent documentation skills confident in owning HLDs, LLDs, and end-to-end design plans.
- Experience working alongside cross-functional technical teams (product, dev, ops) to bring solutions to life.
- Bonus: Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or other Microsoft AI services.

- AI voice pilots for smarter outbound sales calls
- Form-fill automation using GPT + Microsoft Power Platform
- Claims triage automation using Copilot + Azure OpenAI
