Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Quantity Surveyor Permanent, Full Time Competitive Salary + Car Location: Bromsgrove, B61 7AQ (mixture of office-based, site visits and WFH) We’re recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our military framework agreement across Oxfordshire. The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for managing the delivery and governance of commercial services across multiple military bases, barracks and offices. They will regularly review pricing on commercial refurbishments ensuring target costs are met, reviewing contractual agreement with our subcontractors, handle commercial management issues and engage with the end client directly. This role requires a diligent and professional approach and will be both client and subcontractor facing. The successful candidate will have experience of managing commercial refurbishment projects – ideally military however retail or NHS would be suitable. Wide range of schemes, ranging up to £5-10million, all commercially focused: internal refurbs, MEP, HV/LV replacement, HVAC, Airfield repairs, Drainage, Civils, boundary fencing and roofing etc. The successful candidates will have; • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with commercial project experience. • Strong understanding of refurbishment projects, including both interior and exterior works.
