We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Solution Architect for a contract opportunity with a leading organisation.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance mainframe solutions
- Define architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment with IT and business strategies
- Lead mainframe modernisation, including cloud migration, API enablement, and DevOps adoption
- Optimise z/OS, CICS, COBOL, DB2, MQ, IMS, and related technologies
- Provide technical leadership in integration, automation, and performance tuning
- Proven experience as a Mainframe Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Expertise in z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, COBOL, JCL, REXX, and Assembler
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for mainframes
