Driver - Class II with Moffett/Hiab

SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products.

We are currently looking to recruit a HGV Class 2 Driver with Moffett/Hiab who will be at the heartbeat of our operations and act as a custodian of our great customer service.

What does the role involve?

As HGV Driver, you will be working in a safety critical role and be responsible for delivering to a schedule and working to timescales. You will be required to maintain good care of your vehicle, ensure all loads are secured, perform daily safety checks, and keep transport documents and paperwork updated.

The successful candidate will require:

• Valid Class 2 licence
• Hiab/ Moffett Certification (desirable, although SIG will pay for training if needed)
• Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Experience in multi-drop driving for a delivery or distribution company
• A friendly, professional manner and dedicated to great customer service
