We are currently looking for a motivated and experinced Mortgage Adivser to join our client's expanding team in the Upminster area. They are a thriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential and a clear path to career progression. For this position they are ideally, our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

Working hours:

  • Full-time
  • Office-based role

The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:

  • Base Salary package –  £25,000 – £40,000
  • OTE £50,000 – £100,000
  • Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% – 50% of banked income)
  • Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors
  • Quarterly Bonus

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Adviser:

  • Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services

  • Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
  • Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
  • Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
