What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
  • Collaborating with the kitchen to design menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences
  • Managing stock and inventory, and assisting with procurement as needed

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

  • Bonus: Bartending experience (helpful, but not essential)

Job Details:

  • Location: On-site (Live-out position)
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum + tips
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday with weekend availability
