Salary: £30-35,000+ completion bonus

We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a major project. This role is fully remote but will require attendance at weekly meetings to determine progress against key deliverables for client delivery in this fast-moving and deadline driven industry. This is a great opportunity for a proven Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Advisor to develop their skills further under the guidance of a supportive manager who will help you achieve your goals & objectives.

The Role:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates along the whole recruitment journey, ensuring all parties are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in line with best practice.
  • Creating talent pipelines across the UK by way of recruitment tools, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
  • Volume screening of candidate’s applications and assessing suitability against available roles.
  • Monitoring and searching candidate databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Conducting telephone screening against set criteria.
  • Booking and confirming interviews both with candidates, Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining consistent lines of communication with all candidates ensuring they are kept up to date with all developments.
  • Handling general queries via calls, messages and emails.
  • Manage tracker with updates as roles progress.
  • General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance and confirmation of Right to Work eligibility.

The Person:

  • Previous experience within a fast-moving recruitment, talent acquisition or HR function.
  • Must have worked supporting a high-volume, high-quality customer services, or call centre project.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Previous resourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Engaging & energetic communicator, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate, especially with MS Office and, ideally, with an ATS.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional client delivery.
  • Experience of working remotely/working from home.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Have a flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
