Kingsley Recruitment is instructed by highly respected Global Real Estate Consultancies, that are looking to appoint Associate Director / Director of Capital Markets to their Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) divisions, across the UK. We are looking for highly motivated and driven professionals who possess a detailed understanding of this niche and growing Real Estate Investment sector, that are commercially astute with good business skills and hold a background in investment and/or valuation.
Various Locations include: London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow etc.
The Candidates:
- Accomplished and driven investment advisors, who excel at developing relationships and effectively position clients’ interests.
- Proven and trusted figures in the PBSA market with strong and recognised track records.
- Experience within operational assets, development opportunities and forward funding agreements.
- Provide high quality impartial advice to Operators, Developers, Universities, Funding Partners and Lenders in the sector.
- Previous mixed experience within investment, valuation and agency markets, and be a committed team player with a history of delivering results that exceed clients’ expectations.
- Possess competent skills in client liaison, negotiation and recommendation.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are a necessity.
