Job Description Intro – We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Interim Workforce Consultant to join the team at 18 Week Support! About the Role: Working as an Interim Workforce Consultant you will be responsible for assessing staffing requirements for the services they manage and ensuring that a well-coordinated workforce is in place for each of the services provided. The Interim Workforce Consultant will work closely with the senior clinical staff to ensure that the service is safe, the staff are confirmed and are inducted to the sites that they are working in whilst ensuring that quality customer service is continually prioritised and improved. In addition, they will ensure that travel arrangements and accommodation is confirmed with the travel team. Responsibilities as an Interim Workforce Consultant include: To coordinate and arrange clinical sessions across a range of specialties To request and manage staff availability via phone conversations to ensure timely allocation of staff for clinic templates across key specialties Work closely with Clinical Leads, Lead Nurses to ensure the delivery of safe services in relation to deployment of clinical staff Work to improve customer service standards and ensure that those standards are maintained at all times Regularly coordinate with the Clinical Recruitment an…
