Job Opportunity: Careers Advisor
Location: Secondary School – B12, Birmingham
Position: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £104 – £148 per day (depending on experience)

Aspire People is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Careers Advisor to join a vibrant secondary school located in the B12 area of Birmingham. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on students\’ futures.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one and group careers guidance sessions
Assist students with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation
Support college, apprenticeship, and university applications
Help organise career events, employer visits, and workshops

Requirements:
Proven experience in a careers guidance or advisory role (school experience preferred)
️ Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of employment
Available to start immediately on a full-time basis
