Electrical Engineer

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Installation, repair, planned and reactive maintenance of all Electrical systems for on-site commercial buildings and living accommodation. * Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, and compliant with safety regulations / codes of practice, including SFG20,and all relevant ACoP's / JSP's. * Supporting the wider team with all aspects of electrical maintenance. * Participation in the On-Call Rota. * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. * Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work. To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have: * City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical diploma, including the 18th Edition. * 3 years post qualification experience in Electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting. …
