We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading private equity firm, for a highly organised and proactive Team Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Manchester City Centre – Office-Based

Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Personal Assistant to support a group of senior Investment Directors within a prestigious financial services environment. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or within the next couple of weeks to allow for a thorough handover. This is a renowned organisation, and a fantastic opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t

    Complex diary and travel management for multiple Directors

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Acting as front of house, welcoming guests and managing meeting rooms

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Organising internal and external events, conferences and offsites

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Processing expenses and invoices, managing compliance documentation

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Preparing high-quality reports and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Maintaining accurate records, databases, and onboarding admin

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team with varied admin support

    \\n\\t

  • \\n

\\n\\n

What we’re looking for:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t

    Proven experience as a PA or Team Assistant in a corporate setting

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Ideally previous exposure to financial services 

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

  • \\n\\t

    A team player who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders

    \\n\\t

  • \\n

\\n\\n

Salary and benefits:

\\n\\n

    £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience

    \\n\\t
