Drawing up a will or administering an estate can be an emotional experience, therefore, our client's team will make sure that the future of their client's families are secure and that their wishes are carried out. Offering a comprehensive and personal service to their clients including will drafting, inheritance tax planning advice, assistance with the administration of a will or advice on a contested will, the team has considerable expertise in advising on wills, contested wills and probate litigation. Main Responsibilities of the Role: Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of client's needs Assisting with casework including dealing with a range of Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases including: estate administration; applying for and obtaining the grant of probate; setting up trusts; advising on inheritance tax; contesting a will; settling any tax liabilities and affairs Attending meetings with clients, taking instructions and preparing cases Dealing with correspondence Promptly implementing any recommendations made by your supervisor following monthly file reviews Ensuring compliance with file management.Key Skills Required: A strong academic background with a Law degree Ability to demonstrate passion and experience in a broad range of Wills and Probate Law Legal experience as a Wills and Probate Paralegal/Advisor Clear understanding and application of Wills…
