My client is growing their civil engineering team and are looking for a Civil Design Engineer eager to work across a variety of high-profile developments.

About the Role:

You’ll collaborate on a wide range of infrastructure design and urban regeneration design projects—including streetscapes, SuDS, below-ground infrastructure, and public realm enhancements—often as part of award-winning developments. Expect to work closely with structural engineers and architects from early concept stages, bringing technical insight that directly shapes design outcomes. This is a friendly, forward-thinking, and team-driven environment where your input truly matters.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in drainage and highway design (e.g. MicroDrainage, Civil 3D or similar tools)
• A love of design collaboration with architects and multi-disciplinary teams
• A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong desire to become Chartered (support provided)
