They are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Area Sales Manager £45k-£60k + Bonus/OTE + Car Allowance. Their technology reduces gas consumption by an average of 43% for their customers in the commercial and industrial sectors. This year, they will continue to enhance and develop their offerings by providing HVAC solutions and services that help their customers become more energy-efficient and embark on a meaningful journey toward net zero.Main Responsibilities- HVAC Area Sales Manager;*Identify and pursue new HVAC business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.*Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored HVAC and control solutions.*Leverage existing customer relationships to promote and sell our control solutions.*Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of our HVAC and control offering.*Specify energy-efficient HVAC solutions and create business cases that demonstrate a clear return on investment for clients.*Organise and attend site surveys, developing detailed quotes and proposals as needed.*Participate in on-site meetings with partners and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.*Identify, develop, and grow relationships with contractors and installe…
