About the Role: We have Service Engineers located nationwide and are looking for talented people to join our ever-growing team. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out on-site service checks for new and live contracts in line with company procedures and ensuring a client-focused approach at all times.
- Ensuring all check sheets and logs are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Highlighting immediately any major issues which may arise or anything that requires urgent attention.
- Completing company documentation and forwarding to the office for processing of parts orders, planning re-visits to site, and filing paperwork.
- Being responsible for having customers sign off work via worksheets.
- Carrying out site visits for clients and providing detailed information to the Service Manager for quotes to be produced and discussed with the client.
- Attending site visits in line with client requirements.
- Completing all company documentation within agreed timescales.
Required Skills:
- Experience in commercial sprinkler systems
- Good health and safety knowledge
- Basic IT skills
- Collaborative, flexible, and a great communicator
- Full Driving License
